1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and j8de ("j8de", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the j8de website located at https://j8de.lat and all associated services, platforms, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the j8de website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using j8de and all associated Services. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of all Terms as updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register for and use j8de's Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j8de strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be confirmed.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming activities in your own jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of j8de, nor a close family member of any such person, unless written permission has been explicitly granted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on j8de that was suspended or permanently closed due to violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balances.

j8de reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) checks at any stage of the customer relationship, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Bangsar, and all other locations across Malaysia are subject to the same verification requirements.

3 Account Management & Security

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on j8de. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security tokens associated with your account.
• All activities and transactions conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying j8de immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach related to your account.

j8de will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudand reported to our support team immediately.

j8de implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption across all pages and two-factor authentication options. However, no system is entirely immune from risk, and you acknowledge that j8de cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices on your end.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All monetary transactions on j8de are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We currently support the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Maybank2u (Maybank Online Banking)
• CIMB Clicks
• Public Bank PBeBank

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change at j8de's discretion with reasonable notice. j8de reserves the right to impose transaction limits based on account verification status, activity history, or risk assessment outcomes.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. j8de will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

j8de is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank, eWallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits or withdrawals. You should consult your payment provider for applicable fee schedules before initiating a transaction.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Credit

j8de offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free credit, cashback rewards, and referral bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and certain slots may contribute at different rates. Please refer to the individual promotion terms for the applicable game contribution table.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: j8de reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where promotional abuse, collusion, or manipulation is detected. This includes, without limitation, using bonus funds across related accounts or exploiting technical errors.

j8de reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage players who have already opted into and partially fulfilled the terms of an active promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on j8de, including live dealer casino games, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, and sportsbook betting, are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or the relevant product section of the j8de website.

j8de uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games and regulated live dealer feeds for live casino products. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying game mechanics and, where applicable, by real-time physical events (e.g., the dealing of cards by a live dealer).

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on j8de's servers, the server record shall be deemed conclusive and binding. j8de is not responsible for losses or missed wins resulting from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities on the player's side.

Sportsbook bets placed on events including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and international football are subject to the specific sportsbook rules and settlement policies published in the Sportsbook section. j8de reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, events cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or where pricing errors have occurred.

7 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using j8de's Services:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus collection.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hand information in live poker or other real-time competitive games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using j8de's payment infrastructure.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of j8de's platform, games, or security systems.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your eligibility status during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known glitches are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in any conduct that j8de, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, abusive, or detrimental to other users, j8de staff, or the integrity of the platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

j8de is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we actively provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered j8de players and can be activated through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to stay within your personal budget.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated notifications and session interruptions after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from j8de for a defined period (from 30 days up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive marketing communications from j8de.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on j8de — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software code, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j8de or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use j8de solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any j8de content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of j8de's platform.
• Use j8de's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.

Any unauthorised use of j8de's intellectual property may expose you to civil or criminal liability. j8de will actively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j8de, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of j8de's Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss or corruption of data, gameplay records, or account information.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond j8de's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.
• Any decisions you make based on information or content published on j8de.

j8de's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j8de account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable mandatory law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

j8de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules applicable to a specific product or promotion.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity in excess of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account policies.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, j8de reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j8de support. A voluntary closure request does not retroactively void any pending bets, bonus obligations, or withdrawal holds that were in place at the time of the request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

j8de reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j8de will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the website, an in-platform notification, or an email to your registered address (where applicable).

Your continued use of j8de's Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to j8de's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create any rights or remedies under Malaysian domestic law beyond those already available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Players accessing j8de from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations, including those governing online gambling activities. j8de makes no representation that its Services are legal, appropriate, or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
